Take a step in becoming a new during the New Year. Now is the time to learn how to become healthier person and as fit as you always wanted to be. This program includes information that can help you stay organized and reach your fitness goals. Certified instructors and personal trainers are here to help knock the dust off and get you started or propel you to the next fitness athleticism. Simply attend any of our group fitness classes or attend a workshop hosted by the Army Wellness Center, to learn how to be successful in attaining your fitness goals. Passports are located at the Physical Fitness Center and Fortenberry-Colton Gym on Fort Rucker. Participants with completed passports will be entered into quarterly drawing to win prizes.
