Shamrock Shuffle 5K & 10K

Bring your green and join us at the Fort Rucker Physical Fitness Center for the Fort Rucker Shamrock Shuffle 5K & 10K starting at 9 a.m. on March 16. Trophies will be awarded to the 5K & 10K Overall Female and Male, and Grandmaster Female and Male, First Place, Second Place, and Third Place medallions will be awarded for age categories (Male and Female: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70 & Over). Eight medals will be presented to the first place team. Streamers will be given to top 3 finishing teams. Paid Team members may run individually and qualify for age category awards as well. Refreshments will be provided at the finish line. Entry Fee:
Pre-registration fee is $25 by March 10. (Includes a t-shirt and run series medal)
Registration fee after March 10 is $30. (Includes a t-shirt and run series medal)
Run only (no t-shirt) registration fee is $15. (Includes a participation medal)

Teams: Registration fee for teams of 8 runners is $160 ($20.00 per team member) and includes a t-shirt and run series medal. Each additional person pays the normal registration fee. Registration fee after March 10 for teams will be $180 ($22.50 per team member) and includes a t-shirt and run series medal.

Commander’s Cup Teams (5K Division Only): Free registration for teams of 8 Active Duty runners competing for Commander’s Cup points in the 5K race. All members of the team must be in the same unit (Company or BN). CC Teams are eligible to register for competitive teams and individual awards with a paid registration.
