On Saturday, 17 March, the Physical Fitness Center will host the annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K Walk, 5K/10K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run. Race Day registration 7:30 - 8:45 am. The 5k walk and 5K/10k run will start at 9:00 am at the Fort Rucker PFC on Andrews Ave. Participants are encouraged to pre-register at either PFC. Forms are available at either PFC, MWR Central, or printable off the MWR website. The Fun Run will begin at approximately 1045 and after the 5k/10k race is complete, open to all children and free of charge. Refreshments will be provided. Event is open to the public. 5k/10K Run: Trophies will be awarded to Male and Female Overall, Grandmaster, and 1st place in each age category. Medals will be awarded for 2nd and 3rd Place in each age category. 5K Walk: Trophies will be awarded to the male and female Overall finishers and top 5 finishers will receive a medal. Teams: A Team trophy and 8 medals will be awarded to the 1st place team. Streams will be awarded to the top 3 finishing teams. Individual:
$15.00 no shirt option. $20.00 by 11 March with shirt
$25.00 March 12 and after with shirt (while supplies last)
Teams:
$120 for teams of 8 runners until 12 March includes t-shirt
$160 March 14 and up to race day, includes shirts (while supplies last)
