Come out and participate in our Tactical Throwdown today! Our second quarter challenge will span June 19-23. The challenge for this quarter is the Kettlebell-Burpee Challenge. Participation in this challenge is free and open to all Fort Rucker Active Duty Soldiers. Official attempts will be conducted during posted dates and times, or by appointment with Functional Fitness Specialist. Official Rules for each challenge will be posted after previous quarter's challenge has been completed.
