Come out and participate in our Fitness Challenge today! Our fourth quarter challenge will end December 4 - 8. Participation in this challenge is free and open to all Fort Rucker Active Duty Soldiers. Official attempts will be conducted during posted dates and times, or by appointment with Functional Fitness Specialist. Quarter 4: Tactical Movement Challenge
2 groups - Male / Female

Challenge Rules:
Event consists of a timed Tactical Movement course consisting of several functional elements to include: deadlifts, a weighted sled relay, and sandbag movement.
Fastest time to complete the course counts as official attempt.

Official Rules:
Contest is free and participation is open to Active Duty Soldiers on Fort Rucker.
Official rules for each challenge will be posted after previous quarter's challenge has been completed. All official challenge attempts must be judged and verified for score by Functional Fitness Specialist. Official attempts will be conducted during posted dates and times, or by appointment with Functional Fitness Specialist. Multiple attempts can be made for each quarter's challenges (with a maximum of two attempts per participant). Best score will be used.
