Thunder on Tholocco Drag Boat Race: Thunder returns to Fort Rucker! If you're looking for a day of family fun, join us for our annual Thunder on Tholocco Drag Boat Race Event at West Beach, Lake Tholocco on April 14th from 11 am - 5 pm. Open to the public with ticket price $5 in advance or $7 at the door. Children age 12 and under are free. Tickets may be purchased at Outdoor Recreation: +1 (334) 255-4305, or MWR Central: +1 (334) 255-2997. Bring a chair or blanket and watch multi-class outboard drag boat racing at its best. Try one of kayaks/canoes/paddle boats, or see how far you can make it down our inflatable water-slide! Food vendors will be on site with a variety of menu options.
