New Registrations must have the following:

• Your ID
• Vehicle registration, copy of title and bill of sale 
• Proof of insurance
• Power of attorney if selling for non-qualifying ID card owner 

Documentations:

All documents must match the name of the person registering that vehicle. Renewal applications will be asked their current spot assignment.
