The Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) Deployed Military/Civilian Spouse or Guardian's Blue Star Card Program is a DFMWR discount and activity card for Spouses or Guardians of children of Soldiers/DOD civilians who are currently on a 6 month or more deployment or extended overseas TDY and/or on an unaccompanied PCS assignment.

DFMWR recognizes the sacrifices Families/Guardians of deployed, extended overseas TDY and unaccompanied tour Soldiers/DA Civilians make every day. We provide the DFMWR Deployed Military/Civilian Spouses/Guardians Discount Card Program in appreciation of their selfless service to the Army community and to demonstrate our commitment to providing quality programs and services for a quality life.
Who is eligible?
Spouses of Soldiers or DoD Civilians currently on a six month or more deployment or extended overseas TDY and/or on an unaccompanied PCS assignment. Cards can be issued beginning one month prior to the Soldier's estimated deployment, TDY or PCS date and are issued throughout the duration of the deployment, TDY or PCS.
Registration
