AN OFFICIAL ARMY FAMILY AND MWR SITE
Depending on the current work load and length of time some marketing campaigns require, completion dates for some campaigns may vary slightly. It is very difficult to give exact dates that materials will be finished because of all of the factors that are involved. In every case we strive to meet or exceed deadline/timelines. We also have a responsibility to maintain a high standard of work that represents the Army, DFMWR and the Marketing Department in the very best way possible. If scheduling and workload will allow, marketing reserves the right to enhance or compress your campaign by increasing or decreasing mediums to your campaign request. The closer you can adhere to the guidelines below will insure that your campaign is completed on time and professional.
*Dates and Deadline Guidelines are Subject to Change
The Marketing Team cannot make exception for late requests. Not all requests are guaranteed. Division Chief has approval authority for your request. Marketing has the right to refuse your request based upon lack of information. Some mediums have limited availability. Priority of each medium having availability is based on the event's estimated/historical attendance and/or revenue potential. Please be aware that some production costs may be charged to your activity.
